Structure and enclosure of concrete modular houses
The structural system for vertical enclosures is made with prefabricated concrete panels, inner reinforcement according to the calculus, sealed and filled with joints between panels.
Enclosures by means of massif concrete walls that are 20 cm thick in a house of 3 m high in the sides, from the lower part of the foundation support to the upper part of the bib.
In case of basement,massif concrete walls in situ from 25 cm thick to 3 m high.
The exterior finish of the walls can be chosen by the customer with no increase in cost among the following options:
- Mass White Concrete
- Grey Concrete in its finished color, or painted with a white stony paint, finely chopped and finished.
The horizontal structure of slabs between plants is designed with prefabricated alveolar slabs with insulanting extruded polystyrene which is 10 cm thick with variable edge according to the calculus.
