Foundations concrete modular houses
The foundation will be made by meeting the conditions of the plot and its typology will be determined on the basis of the geotechnical study in which the characteristics of each plot are indicated, necessary to establish the perfect foundation of the house.
In the base price of the models is included a superficial foundation of the floor made of a rebar concrete which is 15 cm thick and has a 15 x 15 x 6 iron lath and a slab foundation with reinforced concrete HA-25. The concrete is reinforced with bars of 12 mm each 20 cm measuring 0,6 m x 0,7 m. Waterproofing with a PVC film under concrete slab.
Sanitation for bathrooms and kitchens drain connection over a distance smaller or equal to 10 m of the façade. No pits will be executed inside the house.
Every connection between the pipes of the required diameters will be connected through elbows and other watertight fiittings. PVC pipes with variable widths. Every other type of foundation will change the base price of the houses. The designer will be able, according to data provided by the relevant geotechnical for the plot object of study, to choose the foundation system established for every house.
Every other type of ground floor (first floor slab with prefabricated slab, ventilated slab systems…) is not included in the base price of the houses and will be the object of study by Modular Haus to offer the most appropriate solution depending on the the type of field of the plot concerned. This will modify the base price of the house.
